Twisted logic, but I suspect he means that the males currently not able to get laid, but who expend time and resources in supplication in a vain attempt to do so will no longer feel the need to transfer those resources to women.

Problem is that guys doing that are not failing despite those efforts, they are failing because being a supplicant is not sexy. Women do not ask for nor require resources in order to "give it up."

His numbers on guys getting laid vs not are probably ballpark ok, but the ones that are getting laid are not doing so with flowers and chocolate, so to speak.
