Yeah, as of December 18th all adult content is banned on Tumblr.

If you log in to tumblr on your phone, you can then download the videos. then download them to your PC. Worked for me that way

1 Open an account
2 Login
3 Click MySite
4 Click Setting
5 Click Import

It might take a while but mine was up and running in no time
