I don't really foresee mine suddenly being able to pull back. I can feel a bit of skin connecting the foreskin to my cock right below the head. Unless that were cut, I don't see it being able to peel back.

if it works then let it be. in my case i had to have prostate surgery. it was using a lazer and they went through the urethra. i think that really stretched it out plus i had to wear a catheter for 3 days. not fun! in any case it is what it is.
