I was once in a conversation with several guys who were in to oral sex and the topic changed to self-sucking. Makes sense to me- I'm only 5'7", but I am also pretty lean and in good shape, and having a fairly large dick helps as well. But yeah- I can see how a tall guy (long back) would have a problem.
