My apologies if this has been done before.

I thought it would be fun for us to go back in time to our very first posts here. Many of us were probably shy in our first encounters with such a large community and tiptoed into the pool; others were probably confident and announced their arrival boldly via a huge cannonball dive. I think it would be interesting to note whose personalities have changed since their initial forays into this forum.

Shit, some of you are so damn old in Lit years, your first posts were probably "Hey, you three." :D

Also, if you could, include the name of the thread in which you posted so we can get some idea of the context.

Without further babbling, the humble debut of teddybear4play.

Thread: Hoosier Homestead
Board: Literotica Personals (now The Playground! ack! )

I'm the new guy . . . 21/m from South Bend area . . . kind of shy so I don't think I'll be meeting anyone for coffee and an orgy . . . but coffee and a 1-on-1 sounds nice.

I don't think I've changed a bit. :)

As these boards are hardly the last bastion of honesty and truth and most people post under a psuedonym, just how interesting is this really?

Only the post count will tell I guess.

Like I said in another thread, my first post was so lame it's not worth re-posting,

But safe to say I haven't changed much since the start of the year either.

Despite the fact that we may adapt certain "personas" for posting, they would still change over time, especially for those people for whom Lit was their first bulletin board experience.

I've looked up a couple of long-time, well-respected posters' first posts, and it's strange to think with a few of them that they grew into being the revered characters they are now. Some of our most sardonic yucksters were a little timid.

Hanns was always a dickhead, though.

Your first post wasn't nearly as lame as mine was.

TB4P ~

I gladly share my 1st post ... Granted it wasn't as short as your was, I get long winded when in a creative mode ...

OOC: this is my 1st post so I'll try to keep it short.

As the large human runs out the door, a mysterious cloaked figure walks in before the taverns doors closes. It walks up to the bar & a low raspy voice eminates from the cowl. "Bar Keep, a hot meal & stien of honey mead." A silver gauntlet comes out fliping 2 gold pieces into the Bartenders hand. "Oh, & also a room for the night." A small bag of coins follows the gold.

The figured turns around surveying the patrions. A wizard, warrior & thier female companion share a table. The Kender sulks near by nursing his hand. A man w/ giant's blood runing in his veins, stands at the far end of the bar, tossing down a flagon of ale. It also catches a glimpse of a minstrel sitting in the shadows.

Satisfied that all is well, the figure makes it way over to the hearth, skirting around the drunken sot picking himself off the floor. The drunk grabs & shakes the figure as he yells. "YOU BITCH! YOU HIT ME!!"

This dislodges the cowl of the cloak revealing a female figure in elven chain mail. "By the Silver Dragon, I bid you sleep." After saying this, the drunk fall to the floor snoring. Then stepping over his body, Trilla sits at closest table near the fire. She pulls down the mail coiffure revealing long silvery hair & elven features. Her meal & drink is placed before her minutes after she sits. After saying a blessing digs into the simple but hardy meal.

Name: Trilla
Age: undetermind
Race: Elven
Profession: Cleric of the Silver Dragon
Eyes: violet
Hair: silver blond
Built: Willowly & Agile
Height: 5'5"

Armor & Weapons:
Elven Chain Mail w/ silver plate gauntlets
spikehead mace

Background:
Trilla was an orphan raised in the Temple of the Silver Dragon. Other than her magical healing ability, she is also trained in herbal lore & can cast spells of protection & shielding. Her only flaw is that she never deal the killing blow to the enemy.

Forum: ORP
Thread: Forgotten World

Gosh ... this brings back memories ...

You forgot to add "Drivind the wrong way down a one way road" to what you'd like to do the first time you meet someone. ;)

*Love you darlin'! Thanks for the invite.*

That was a pretty sick first post, had I only known then what I know now!:p

He he. Mine's kinda funny, considering my current stance on the subject:
I came across this board several weeks ago while looking for an effective way to remove hair on my bikini line, and now I'm back with a few questions. Based on the almost unanimous recommendation, I tried Sensitive Skin Magic Lotion. No bumps or irritations, but it didn't quite remove all the hair - I'm left with a fine amount of stubble. What am I doing wrong? Can I use the small spatula/scraper and go against the grain, or should I try using the full-strength formula instead? Thanks for any advice; you guys seem like a great on-line community.

It's from the How To Board, in the Magic Depilatory Lotion thread. I started a thread with my very first post. :D

I'm such a slut - within 5 posts I had posted a naked picture!

my first post was on the how-to board asking for advice on types of vibrators or dildos. that was so long ago I forgot and had to search for it. I did start a new thread though and then eventually came to the GB and posted some.
