One thing I have learned over the last few days because my friends are absolutely amazing, friendship doesn’t come with standards that you have to live up to, it comes with love and acceptance for who you are, especially when you are not at your best.

I seem to have a never-ending stream of personally embarrassing moments - all private. They almost always involve allowing myself to "get involved" with a woman for sexual chat (at least we'd started the convo) only to have the woman no longer message me. So, I foolishly write again to say I enjoyed chatting with her (after 3-4 days of silence) only to have THAT message also ignored.

If anyone wants lessons on how to make that happen to them, write me. I seem to excel at it...

On one of my old accounts, YEARS AGO, I was all up in my feelings and posted to a thread that I was leaving Lit and about three people responded with comments like "we don't know who you are and we don't care, leave".
