The third and fourth lines of a limerick should have five syllables.
Let's try this again.

Has lust for Shakespeare's Iago.
She thinks Othello


 
The syllable count in limericks is flexible. There are, however, rules about relative line lengths, meter, rhyme and even line content.

Most of all though they should be humerous and ideally somewhat bawdy:)
