Well, hello all. I was just directed here very kindly by AppleBiter, so here I am to introduce myself. As you can see, I've been around a while but have been lurking pretty fiercely most of that time. I've decided to come out of lurker mode, though.

I'm a 29 YO female who lives in Upstate NY. I'm in a committed relationship with a guy, but I love flirting.

I've submitted a few stories. They're probably average or worse, but I had fun writing them and I know some people liked them, so what else matters?

I taught a population and culture class, lots on sexuality there, also a class on medical anthropology. That lit too. You can have fun with it. Check out a book by Marjorie Shostak called Nisa. It's a story of a !Kung San woman (Bushman) and there's plenty on sexuality there.

I'm an anthropologist and wife and mom. I've been married for 22 years and started reading some classic erotica looking for ways to inject some life into my husband. While reading, I realized that I have an inkling to write some myself. I was directed to this site by somebody from BookCrossing. I have lived and worked in Africa (Kenya and Zimbabwe) and think I will start writing some stuff with an African twist.

My husband is into plain vanilla sex and I am trying to think of ways to expand his repertoire. (In fact, I am trying to get him to take his pants off entirely!) I am reading Ann Rice's Exit to Eden and have some other erotic lit lined up to read -- and will pass them on to him when I am done. My psychiatrist suggested we play some games, but I don't know if I could get him into that. He's a geek and psychiatrist suggested I attach computer chips all over myself. Hmmm. To tell you the truth, the psychiatrists and therapists I have known are more interesting sexually than my husband. Perhaps that is why I keep going!

Hi folks, just doing what I'm supposed to and introducing myself. My goal is to not piss off too many people while I'm here. I'm not a troll, but I sometimes have stronger feelings about things than people are interested in hearing. So I try to keep a leash on myself that way.
