To me, actual penetration, (except for f/f going down on each other) means sex, everything else is foreplay.

If a husband watches his wife with someone else, then he is part of the sex act; regardless whether he joins or not, he's still watching which means he's part of it.

When I was younger, I might have agreed with you. The GF and I would go out on a date, and afterwards the fun began. There was foreplay then the main event. But then life happens, you have busy jobs, kids...

I believe the case of Bill Clinton, the Supreme Court ruled that "having sex" is the act of intercourse. Clinton receiving a blowjob from Monica was not sex. So going with that, sex is only intercourse (penis and vagina).

I like your definitions. Very similar for me.

When I had issues with my internal organs, penetration was not possible. We substituted with lots of oral sex, me helping him masturbate, or mutual masturbation.
