With the silicone "cage" I was able to jerk off.

Yes i have one. The ball of mine is too small, mine is 1 1/2 diameter. Wish i would have gotten a larger one. There is a trick to putting it on, its nuts through first with the pointing towards your belly button, then rotate it around and slide the ball up the ass. It’s a good wearable. I like mine except for the size.
