For silicone toys, I'm happy with the products of Tantus, Vixen, and XR Brands.
Didn't actually order anything from Babes'n'Horny and Bad dragon (yet!), but they look really interesting, too.
(XR Brands appears to sell all kinds of things. I have only one silicone toy, which I can confirm is high quality. Don't know whether their other products are as good.)

I know corsets can be expensive so around $400 if it's just a work of art I could be persuaded to spend more.
