It used to be that those taxes weren't theft. Now they are folded into the general fund because communists keep running out of other's money

In reality those aren't taxes at all. I use my driveway so I take care of it. I would dearly love to have a 2 mile long asphalt driveway paid for by my neighbors however they have this quirk about having what they earned stolen at gunpoint to facilitate the pleasures of the lazy

If you don't like gas taxes, don't buy gas. In my case 90% of my fuel costs are off road and tax exempt.

You want everyone packed together like sardines walking where ever the shitty sheeple walk to. However, there should be at least an extra 20% tax on shoes. You know.......to make government more user friendly!

People in the highest tax bracket already pay more than the rest of us. A flat tax benefits the rich and is unfair to the poorest taxpayers. For example, paying 40% of their income as tax is easy for the rich, while a 40% tax rate is brutal for someone living paycheck-to-paycheck.

Robust public services funded by taxing the rich makes it easier for poor people to pull themselves up by their bootstraps. Universal healthcare and childcare along with free universities and trade schools would do wonders for social mobility.

I paid what was required.

What I didn't do was pay some struggling artist to paint a picture for $20, get an 'expert' to value it at $10 million and donate it to my own charitable trust as a tax write-off. Which is what someone 'smart' like Trump does.
