I lean towards no, because 1) Not all women have cramps, so some of them would be getting extra sick leave they don't need, and 2) A better solution would be to provide health care solutions that will alleviate the pain in the first place. Of course, the Republicans are going to fight that one tooth and nail because Planned Parenthood is often involved, and because they think health care is a privilege.
