An offshoot for the "women, lost your sex drive thread".

Ever tried to fit masturbating on your endless list of chores?

Your toys aren't doing it for you anymore?

Have you published over 50 smut stories of varying quality?

You might have a problematically high libido :D

How do you cope?

Maharat

This is a very serious issue and should be treated as such. People in the Bangor area are forming a support group.

For more information PM me and we can cum together for a some support.

You laugh? there is a condition related to this...I saw it all on TV.

Do I have to be a woman to suffer from this malady?

I have always had a libido that was, seemed, somewhat higher than usual. And you're right, finding the time to squeeze(no pun intended) a good wank now and then is a chore in itself.

Oh no, it is not a women's only thread...though would it be wrong to say that for women it is more, peculiar?

Maharat

Seriously though... ( )

I kinda fit into both threads, I've had both in the past. Right now, my libido is fairly low for several reasons, but... I've been there. To the point where my clit hurt too much to masturbate. It's rather annoying when that happens, and I run around like an insane person, not able to sit still because I want to be fucked so bad, and S just rolls his eyes because it's like the sixth time that day.

It's still better than no or low libido though. :cathappy:

Or sitting at work and trying not to look too horny, wondering if they can smell you yet?

I understand. The pill killed mine for many years. I am happy to be myself again.

Not a bit peculiar. You know the saying...

"she's whore in bed before you get married then she turns into a Nun"

At least that's true about some women and quiet possibly some men too. Like some executives in large companies which aren't doing well or men in high stress jobs...the libido is the first thing to go when most men are worried about something.

Just considering the testosterone factor, yes. (less typical "affliction" in women)
Both men and women have testosterone (and estrogen).
Men typically have a much higher concentration.

Certainly there are other factors.

Testosterone is one of the main factors regulating a woman's libido.

Does that make me a manly woman?

Maharat

I think age is a factor for a lot of women. I think I was kind of average in my 20s and 30s, but then I hit 40, and . Huge difference. I'm much more sexual now.

Not at all.
It makes you a horny woman.
And to many (most?) men that is very desirable.
I would think it is best to be somewhat "matched" in degrees of horniness.

That was what I grew up hearing:
"A woman does not reach her sexual peak until 40".

Apparently another generalization.

I dunno, I have been this as long as I remember. Does this mean it will get worse? :(

I bet they'll be worn out by then!
Oh... you mean the toys that will be available on the market!

I wish I had more time to contribute to this thread, but I have to leave to go out of town.

Quickly I'll say, my ember glows constantly, and any little, gentle breeze only makes things worse.

Is it problematic? Hmm...it makes it hard to concentrate sometimes. It makes me feel different. I always wonder if I am keeping my sexually smoldering ember adequately hidden behind my PTA mom exterior. I think so, but I feel like a chameleon.

Yep

My libido took a huge dip when I started on the shot. It's one of the main reasons why I'm going off it again. Six months of mood swings, food cravings and no sex drive made neither me nor my husband very happy.

I'm not sure how exactly the pill impacted mine. I was on it before the shot, since I was fourteen, so it's been there almost entirely since I started being interested in sex. My drive was high before, and it was fairly high after I started on the pill. So that seems to be what works best for me.

*gulp* Hi, my name is Magica and I have a problem. Well, not so much a problem as a need. *ahem* The pill didn't seem to decrease mine but I definitely saw an upswing when I hit thirty.

Wow. That's a lovely way to put it. I feel exactly the same way.

I think most people are way too self-involved to notice it in me, but once in a while, someone does see it. I know they do because I can see it in their eyes.

yes. it IS lovely!

I think sometimes I project it too. And occasionally believe I have seen it.

Maybe it's more people of like mind recognizing each other? Is that silly?
