Pentagon Fails Fifth Consecutive Audit

In fairness to government, or at least the military is that you do not benefit from saving the government money. If you spend less than they give you, they give you less next time. Imagine being a little kid and your allowance is $5 normally you spend all of it but this time you just bought a candy bar for a buck. Your mom checks your wallet and well you've got $4 clearly you only need one.

I work in a government agency and there's real pressure to use up the budget each year. Any underspend is deducted from next year's allocation which could be crucial in an unknown situation. So stuff is bought in the last few weeks of the year that is an 'investment', and hopefully will be useful or fit in with next year's plans. Or overtime is handed out for spurious operations.

Nobody ever got promoted because they saved money from the budget.

ITs not the money that doesn't matter. Its that giving a percent without any context means nothing.
The article assumes normal intelligence and the ability to read 61% of its $3.5 trillion worth of assets. That is the context.

You have to remember that vette/rightguide is an idiot.

Everyone knows it's the same dipshit, the only difference between then and now is that he is a complete imbecile now.
He’s more like a Russian propagandist than an idiot. Imagine spending time on a porn site and doing Putins work instead of getting your dick hard

That is a context that means absolutely nothing. If they know that much money is missing what is is missing in the form of? Did the cartels buy up a bunch of tanks? Humm Vs? Grenades? Did we smuggle arms to this group or that in Africa, South America, the Middle East? These are assets we are missing not dollars. It shouldn't be difficult at all to identify at least some of what's going on here.

Nobody knows, it can't be accounted for. Missing assets and their worth in dollars that have escaped constitutional oversight. We know you don't give a shit because you're dumb and obviously don't pay taxes. So move along and pass your gas somewhere else.

You don't give a shit either, you just want to stick it to Biden as if this is a brand new problem. This is the problem if nobody knows how can they estimate the worth of the missing assets? I honestly don't believe the number but I'm working on theory that they may be accurate until I can prove otherwise.

Read the full article you dumb shit, it covers more than nine years of activity clear back to Obama and no doubt even further. I'm not just sticking it to Biden or to any other particular President. I'm sticking it to the fucking Pentagon. It's too big for anyone to manage. I don't care what you believe, you have blinders on most of the time anyway.

Unfortunately I do not have blinders on. I flip a coin before I read any article you post. If you understand it you should be able to summarize it. All too often you post link after think that usually proves my point just to waste my time and win a battle of attrition.

Put me on Iggy then and save us the verbiage. I'm tired of grinding you into the friggin' dirt everyday.

Everybody in my unit had a metal clipboard with a calculator and the finest pens they would let us get away with. What sucked was it was specifically for office supplies. Our chairs were falling apart but we couldn't replace THOSE. Enough paper to build a fortress? Yeah that's okay.
