I have to personally disagree with your belief stated here.

I personally believe that if there were no guns freely available criminal eliments would still obtain and have guns. Last time I checked criminals didn't really care of the free availability of anything.

Taken that factor into account, I belive if a police for every individual is not available {which then we have to depend on the honesty and uprightness of the police and those whom they answer too, because thenm we enter a police state}, then law abiding citizens should have the right to guns and proper gun training in order to recieve a gun. Be it a public lessons, or a course offered in schools.

This is my opinion, I respect yours, just disagree.
