My evening went very well...ish! I did have a small chocolate bar, but I hadn't one snack, and the other I had split into two for after-breakfast/lunch, so it was a slightly wicked trade-off.

The one thing I've been really amazed to discover is half portions. The last two nights for dinner I've cooked literally half of the normal amount, and I've still been full at the end. Last night I couldn't even finish it all. My SO is a really small eater anyway, so it's great.

Out and about again today - got lots of filming to get done, so I'll be on my feet which is good. Am trying to find the callanetics program YYYY recommended on DVD rather than VHS - it's proving a bit of a challenge!

How are you doing? (Is it early morning for you?)

I kind of slept in today. Gotta love Saturdays. I'm doing well. I was very tired this morning, so skipped out on my run. I figure a body needs a day off to relax and to eat whatever cravings it's been wanting. I haven't decided if that'll be today or Sunday. Have fun filming. What are you filming?
It's snowy and cold again with lots of sunshine, so I don't know if I'll be doing anything. May try and go for a walk. Yup, pretty low motivation level today.

It's cold and bright here too - everyone's moaning about the 'snow', which is about one flake every ten minutes

A walk sounds like a good idea - exercise, but relaxing. I agree you need to take a day off each week, let your body settle a little.

I slept in as well - but sooooo deeply! When I woke up I could hardly move!

The filming is for a TV project for uni. A ten minute documentary. I'm off to film lots of supposedly haunted places in the south of england! In daylight it's fine, but when it gets dark...I'm a big coward!

Ghosts. I read a book on some castles of england and ghosts connected to them. You should be having fun with that. I agree with you on the only during the daytime. I'd be freaked out to do it at night. My mind wanders too easily. When do you take off? Are you going with a group of friends?
