I'm using a glute press weight machine for ass, but as you don't go to a gym, get something you can use as dumbells (dumbells, for instance! Or full cartons of milk) and do lunges.

Ended up smacking my head into the chair and dumping over the table holding my coffee cup. The ball then went flying into the air, hit the ceiling and came back to smack me in the belly.
