oh-boy said:hello, I just started to read your thread and I have not read it all the way through
however here is what I did and it made a tremendous difference in my appearance
1. body for life exercise program (I use the gym but you can get small dumbells for women)
A) lifting on mon, wed, fri. upper body, lower body split
B) running tues, thur, sat, and sunday
heres my tweak though, you are supposed to do only 20 min of cardio 3 times a week. I like to run socially so to keep up I add some time and distance:
I cant afford the body for life diet so my diet looks like this:
So thats my plan sometimes I dont stick to it though so its been helpful to me to write it here![]()
