either would work ... and today it actually warm enough for outside riding ... stationary is so damn boring ... but it is handy ... and outside bike does flare up the back ...

There is snow everywhere here. Not good for bicylcing. I'm just waiting for spring.

wonderful thing about being at 5000 ft elevation ... snow does not last and when the sun shines ... it seems so much warmer than at sea level ...

and here I thought you'd have more snow then we do. :)
not a chance ... common misconception ... go 15 miles west and it's another story (that's in the mountains) but here on the high plains, even when we get it, it goes away very quickly ...

oooooh - my abs hurt. The ball betrayed me again, so I was back on the floor. I've discovered that doing your abs work naked in front of the tv, has added benefits. :)

{{{Snasu}}} {{{Bruce}}} !!

Things across the pond are cold as always! Coming home to a house that doesn't have central heating does not for warm people make!

The weekend went...okay. Got some really good interviews, but then the cold corrupted the entire tape they were recorded on! I was thoroughly gutted, but we managed to recoup our lossesd with some more interviews today. So, okay!

On the exercise front...very little chance for any, but quite a bit of walking.

How're you both?

Night storage heaters. Very OLD ones! They're rubbish...the first year we were here, we went to bed in jumpers and hats, and kept our coats on indoors!

Lousy rotten student flats... *snuggles closer to the plug-in electric heater she bought from Woolies*

Sorry to hear about the corruption.... and I don't say that very often.
Hope your were able to recoup most with a minimum of effort.
I've had an ok week. I had a bunch of teens and some are annorexic, so i've been eating peanut m&m and ice-cream. Don't know why that makes me feel better about the situation, but it does. My sweetie loves it.
Trying to study, but Friday and sat were a write off. My hoping to do better today.
Trying out the silly ball - keep falling. My sweetie like to ball, though. Mostly he uses it to stretch his back. lol
oh, well. I'm get it under control eventually. :nana: (abs still hurt from friday - but have to go again tonight)

ok, that would be horrible. I hate being cold. The coldest I've ever been was in NZ when I was working on a fruit picking farm - no heat in the workers housing.

and I grew up in -40'C, with wind chill, weather.

LMAO .. 'su

persevere with that ball sweetie ... you'll get your balance soon

Geezuz Cama ... the student housing sounds like inhumane treatment ... YUKKK

the ball hates me. My cat keeps sneaking by it and I'm wondering if I'll come home some day and the ball will be dead. It's life shread into many little pieces of kitty litter.

Hee hee! The ball just takes practice. Spread your feet a little wider (shoulder width) and don't sit up too far.

A fruit picking farm? Did you travel? And what were you doing that meant working with anorexics? It's tough isn't it.

Bruce, it's not that bad - nice and cool in the summer! It's just a really old flat that could use an overhaul, ya know? And for the space and where we are, it's cheap!!!! Cheap cheeap CHEAP!!!!!!

Peanut m&ms...mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
