Howdy Bistro guys and gals !

I'm home from vacation. Visited Washington, DC. Then my wee one did the space camp experience in Huntsville,AL. I needed the break. Work has been a biotch. I'm earnestly thinking about 100% retirement. I have 30 years as a nurse and 3 as a CNA under my belt. Perhaps it's time.

Hello Bistro gang.

I haven't been around Lit the past few weeks. I've been recuperating from a head injury I sustained on vacation. Superficial. Not internal. I fell and gashed my forehead. I'm doing fine other than a small scar. I hope everyone here is doing OK. Especially Brett J. Sending good thoughts out to all of my Bistro friends.

T4T, definitely a bummer to get hurt on vacation! . . . but glad you're on the mend.

Been very quiet at the Bistro of late, especially with BrettJ recuperating. Ling also appears to be under the weather and absent of late. And NRSE is AWOL. Guess it's up to the former "newbies" to hang in there and hold down the fort!

Rj, too warm here in the hills as well, but due to get back to May normal after a rain front comes thru this weekend and temps drop 10-15 degrees.

T4T, not ready for summer! . . . want a few more days/nights with the windows open . . . May is too early for AC being turned on!!

I've not been out, due to being almost bedridden. I got a fair bit better, than a lot worse.

Hoping the worst is over. Not a nice start to our Canadian long weekend.
