Being felt up

Be it in a relationship or not, is the same.

If someone hands are groping your body, its being felt up.

Just because you say you love them does not make it affection, at least in my opinion.

I think there is a difference between being felt up and someone caressing you ... felt up does not seem to appeal to me.
