How many of you enjoy, or would enjoy this pastime?

Why or why not?

Would you only want a video or photograph if it was just you and your lover, or would you want someone there manning the camera?

Would you want your lover taking the photos?

Would you share the photography/videos, or only keep them for your enjoyment?

Anyway, I was going to say that photography and sex are two of my fave pasttimes and that I would love to take some pics of others having sex, and someday if I get an amenable lover take pictures and video of her. I would want to keep a copy for myself but I wouldn't want to publish them unless all parties concerned were comfortable with that - I probably wouldn't be.

Anyway, the amatuer porn thing has interested me in the past, but the few times I've tried it (with a consenting partner, of course--no hidden camera bullshit, please!) it just looked like shit.

Of course, I know next to nothing about photography or videography, which probably didn't help!

I'd need a cameraperson there ... but would probably be too inhibited to 'perform' in front of one.

I guess I am something of an exhibitionist ( sp? ) at heart. I would sooo get off on doing something like this. The boyfriend would probably enjoy watching something of me, but would not participate. We are both fat, but he is more hung up on it than I am. While not proud of my body, I am not ashamed of it either. I get men who make passes at me, and I know I have beautiful eyes and a very fuckable mouth. So I would say I would do this. Hell I have my tits posted on another thread here. What is the difference ?

I am not an exhibitionist, but I am something of a voyeur, and I certainly would like to take photos and video.

As for quality, it is all about lighting and editing; I would probably wind up throwing away most of the material to make a good video, but I think with some practice and good participants I could make much hotter vids than what is on the market now. I haven't viewed any of the amateur stuff, but the pro stuff is formula porn, and I know I could do better than most of it.

Either way, it would be a lot of fun. Unfortunately I don't know many (any?) local people that would like to try this. Maybe someday.

Be warned a friend of mine in aussie had their babysitter take a vid tape of them and play it at school for her friends, the teacher caught them!!! They live in a small city and he owned a shop there. The couple were roasted by the public for letting a teenager for getting hold of a tape like that, even though the babysitter had gone into a cuboard she should not have.

I seem to remember you saying that you felt very good about your body during sex, so it sounds to me like the remedy to your problem is to have sex during the photography session.

BTW, I have learned that combined with a VCR, I can record video with my digicam just by plugging its video output into the VCR.

like STG i'm more of a voyeur than an exhibitionist. i really don't like being watched. i have been the subject of a home movie or two but it was something i did for my partner, not because i got a charge out of it.

Watching Real Sex (or some other show) about a sex convention in Vegas, and about a sex "superstore" in France, I had daydreamed about that being a cool way to make money. The store had a side biz of filming people making love with monuments in the background (such as the Eiffel Tower).

I thought it would be a cool service to offer erotic confidential photography and video filming for people; with a few rooms setup with lighting and equipment couples could use the equipment themselves or for an additional charge have someone with a bit more experience help them out.

Since all of the equipment could be digital then people would have more confidence that copies wouldn't get into the wrong hands via a third party film processor. The service providers could provide the photos on CD, and or film on DVD, for extra money they could offer film editing or let the people do that at home.

I think amateur pics are good; some of them on this site are excellent! My lover has asked me to allow him to take pics of me, which I'm not real comfortable with. (I think my body isn't that great. )

Another aspect to consider....my then-husband and I made a video. We're divorced, he has the tape. He's kept it since we divorced 6 years ago. That kinda makes me feel weird.
