20 million black babies have been aborted since Roe v. Wade. Where is the equity in that?

Fatherless families are a major reason for the social pathologist of the underclass.
Which is no excuse to punish the children of those families (which is ultimately what you're advocating for here, whether you mean to or not).
Supporting illegitimate children encourages illegitimacy.
No, John. Whatever your average unwed mother is thinking of at the moment of conception, she's not thinking of a welfare check.
Since the War on Poverty extended welfare support for illegitimate children, illegitimacy has soared.
Correlation is not causation. In the same time frame you're referring to, the stigma associated with divorce and out-of-wedlock births has largely disappeared. So it's not that illegitimacy has soared, but rather it's no longer being hidden.
You imply that white racism is irrational hostility directed at a race that performs and behaves as well, on the average, as whites.
That among other things, yes.
Stereotypes are over generalizations of what is really true. There is no stereotype of the fat Chinese woman on welfare with five illegitimate children by five different men. There is no stereotype of the stupid lazy Jewish men with several felony convictions, and several illegitimate children he does nothing to support.
That is no excuse for anything.
White Gentiles who dislike Orientals and Jews dislike them because they resent the fact that most Orientals and Jews are more intelligent, successful, and prosperous than they are.
No, it is nowhere near as simple as that in most cases.

You are right. I am advocating that illegitimacy again becomes a stigma. Unwed mothers seldom think of anything. They are rarely very intelligent. They should not be spreading their bad genes at tax payer expense. In human affairs correlation is often the only way to indicate causation. We cannot go back in time, choose a different policy, and measure different results. Actually it is very simple. Children are the responsibility of their parents. Responsible married couples should not be taxed to support the illegitimate children of the irresponsible.

John Engelman is clearly a racist eugenicist. Not much more need be said about that.

The present system requires anyone who does not have children to subsidize and support anyone who has children regardless of whether they are “responsible” or “irresponsible” as you seem to define those terms.

Since raising as many healthy and well-educated children as possible benefits everyone, I don't see the problem with that.

Whether it is good policy or not is a different question. I was responding to the post about who is being supported by whom.
