Had an MRI of both hips done Wednesday evening.
I had a lot of anxiety about several things.
It all went smoothly. They finished about an hour early.
Waiting to hear about the results and treatment.
Now I’m anxious about that. Sheesh.
Hang in there and remember being healthy is a journey and not an overnight process. We all have our ups and downs but if you remain positive and persistent you will reach your goals. I try not to count calories exactly but rather just have a good idea of how much I'm intaking and just making sure that I am in a calorie deficit. That way I don't feel bad if one day I go over my calorie goal.I need to lose 15 pounds. I just do. I'd feel happier with how I look, my clothes would fit, and I would feel more confident. There. I said it. I've counted calories now for 3 days, and yesterday, I just blew it big time. So much of my life feels like it is out of my control. And after I finish this coffee, I'm going for a run.
Sorry to hear about the hip issue. Hope it resolves soon!Walked 6 miles today and 7 on Sunday. Im having a hip problem... but it might be the shoes? Down to my goal weight...and just want to maintain and add some upper body strength. I take pole dancing...and havent been to class in about 2 months. Hoping that will balance out the mileage.
