Don't lose weight. Just drop it, flush it away. We usually don't like to lose stuff; we try to find it again. I didn't LOSE any weight when I dropped 1/3 of my mass. I know exactly where it went.

it's sweaty as a hairy dog's bollocks out there right now... the heat has been in the 90's, the humidity off the wall. today the high is in the 80's with isolated thunderstorms but it feels mid 90's

we have stacks of blueberries - was out there picking them off the bushes this morning, and the blackberries are turning *waves hello*

can't wait for november, it may get a little cooler by then!

Over the weekend, we are to have a feel of 118F between the heat and humidex. I choose winter. You can at least dress in layers to keep warm.
