We named him Matt, he's so loving and affectionate. I can't believe someone would leave that little guy out in the cold. The Vet said he's in good health.

If any of the Pennsylvania people on the board, are out and about, and see PSU students canning for Thon (season is over for this year I think but just in case), I'd like to encourage you to donate. All the money raised goes toward Four Diamonds Fund for children with cancer. Last year, they raised $50,000 during the Thon event.

What made me bring it up is, today, one of their volunteer canners, PSU alumni, and former 4 Diamond's child, passed away after losing his battle with liver cancer and I'm so sad I don't know what to do with myself. He was a really great kid.

You'd be amazed how many former recipients of this charity go on to volunteer for it during their college years. So if you see them out there, I encourage you to throw them a dollar. They aren't canning for beer money, as I used to joke, they really make a difference in the lives of these kids.
