I understand the court system conducted over sixty trials by Trump's lawyers and found nearly every single one flawed or meritless some courts to the point of recommending the lawyers bring the case should be barred from practicing law. What Trump did in Georgia was beyond a reasoned approach to question the veracity of wrongful voting by Georgia's citizens. He broke the law, as did his co-conspirators. Georgia's RICO law statutes were applicable according to the DA, and they are progressing as such. The Campaign Legal Organization provides numerous case summaries such as the one below.
