I enjoy the occasional ONS (OK more than occasional) and I've been ploughed many a times down an alley or in a pub toilet after a few drinks. But I make it a point never to do it when I'm drunk, it's far too risky. Alcohol may lower inhibitions and loosen legs but I still want an element of control.
