Hi, I am interested in contacting any aliterotica authors who have written about plastic surgery, or characters who’ve had cosmetic work done. I am also interested in any stories Literotica members might recommend that pertain to my interests. I am particularly keen on stories relating to female beauty and some works about or featuring breast augmentation would be of particularvinterest. I am an aspiring writer and am working on a story at the moment. I am interested to see how other authors have used this subject and what genre of story they have tackled the subject in. I have posted in another forum but I am posting here because it would seem a more likely place to communicate with writers and hear directly about their work. Thank you for reading my post.

I remember reading a story like this quite a while -- at least 8 years. It was an exhibitionist/hot wife story where the husband has his middle-age wife do a makeover that includes a boob, I believe, and she becomes a sexual dynamo. But I can't for the life of me remember the story or author name.

One of the characters in my Group Sex story "Warm Friends on Cold Nights" had her breasts done. The story does not focus on that though. I just use it to contrast between the "hot girl" and the "nerdy girl" who narrates the story. The narrator does feel up the other woman towards the end and has some thoughts on the differences. Pixie in my series of that name (Pixie by the Fire, Pixie by the Pool, Pixie by the Sea, Pixie in the Rain) has restored boobs. 'by the Fire' is in Mature, the others are in EC, and the score is variable.

I wrote a tale of brain surgery but not cosmetic. My MILFs and GILFs are usually athletically trim. Maybe I should write the exploits of a pansexual couple who are constantly chopped to physical perfection. I'd likely avoid the reality of the surgical consequences.
I've had many non-cosmetic procedures in the past 16 months. Surgery sucks. IMHO going for multiple cosmetic procedures is madness. Or is it a fetish?

I you're interested then it might help to know that the stories are each stand-alone, but they happen in a sequence that is not the publication sequence. The stories are ordered
'by the Pool' -> 'by the Fireside' -> 'by the Sea' -> 'in the Rain'
Seasons change and Pixie gets older, but the main significance to the sequence is that the end of each story introduces the male protagonist (the 'cub') for the next story.
Ok I’ll start with ‘By the Pool’, then. Thank you, I’m expecting some fine prose regarding cosmetic enhancement! I’m looking forward to it.

I don't think you're going to find that. It's mentioned briefly, probably in every story, and (hopefully) differently each time, but it isn't a major component of the story.
I'm curious. What is it that you want to do with an emphasis on cosmetic surgery?
I’m still very interested in reading them and if the subject is briefly mentioned I still am interested in how it done and to what effect. I am interested in the subject because I have a passionate interest and attraction in the enhanced female form and the ‘Bimbo Aesthetic’ in particular (blonde hair, obvious fake breasts etc). This site seems to cater to almost every sexual kink imaginable but not to those who share my interest. So I want to flll gap in the Literotica community and site. I am also interested in the Bimbofication process so details on surgeries would be useful when writing on that. So I’m looking for stories that feature elements of my interests, like plastic surgery, transformation, and submission. I hope that make sense.

Cool. Maybe you'll get something out of Pixie, but she's probably not your bimbo. I'm not sure where submission fits into the picture you want to draw, but Pixie (being a cougar) is more nearly dominant than submissive. She takes care of her cubs.
What you're describing is more of a fetish than anything else. The site does support fetishes, but there are so many that the site lumps them together rather than subdividing.
I hope my last post made sense (a few typos slipped in, in my defense it was quite late here), and I am still keen to read your work (which I will do shortly). Pixie mightn’t be a Bimbo and I’m not usually into ‘cougars’, or mature female characters but I am intrigued. She does sound cool. I guess mine is a fetish but or that doesn’t have a name. There are probably a lot of men who find that look attractive. It seems pretty common in US porn. It's just a matter of finding the readers.
That is heartening but in the reading I’ve done on Literotica there isn’t as much as you’d think that is written for those who find what I do attractive (despite it commonly featuring in US porn - though I admit no pornstars spring to mind that for that mould apart from Nikki Benz I guess). I hope that readers will enjoy my work and once I ha e something up perhaps you might take a look (even if it isn’t your thing particularly), I’d appreciate your opinion. I’ll be reading your first Pixie story tonight once I finish work.

I'd hesitate to write cosmetic surgery stories because 1) it's not my kink and 2) I'm sardonic. Something will go wrong, physically or mentally. It's like stories of magic or mind-control -- there must be a price. At best, I'd write a Scooby-Doo chase around the clinic. Hey, maybe set it in a foreign medical 'resort' where surgeons hop from patient to patient with some mixups. Oops.
I'm reminded of the Carpenters biopic where Richard and Karen are portrayed by Ken and Barbie dolls. The Barbie body is shaved away to almost skeletal form as Karen's anorexia progresses. So, tell a voodoo tale: a magical cosmetic surgeon trims and pads a doll's body to sculpt a human, who may be a client, or a victim. A performer finds herself transformed to perfection till her manager-boyfriend pisses-off the witch doctor. Oops.
Or a specialized pharmacy sells potions that reshape body parts as desired without physical surgery. Don't mis-label the potions and antidotes. Oops.

You’ve a great imagination and some fantastic suggestions there. I particularly like the Medical Resort / mix up idea. A rather plain young woman goes to the resort to have a mole or childhood scar (somewhere visible), removes that she’s overly conscious of. But one of the surgeons mixes her up for a trophy wife who’s come for her bi-annual ‘touch up’. She wakes after some time to find her lips bring injected with some liquid. She tries to speak, can’t and falls back unconscious. When she awakes she asked to go to the bathroom and sense on dirty up something different. It’s then she’s realizes, as do the doctors, that something has gone wrong. She now has huge breast implants, and full pouting lips. Something clicks in her and when the doctors start apologizing worrying she’s going to sue and promising to do all they can to return her to her normal state. She declines and sees this as the opportunity of a lifetime. To be the sex object and to be the bimbo she has subconsciously always wanted to be.
That might be a tale worth telling (if it hasn’t been done before). But thanks again for your message and your good ideas.

Great idea! A medical slip-up in her favor! Un- and re-doing her would cost more than she's worth, especially since she declines to file charges or demand a refund, so she stays artificially hot. How do the back-home family, friends, cow-orkers etc respond to her new splendor? How does HER persona change, now that she's a bombshell? Does she go from bank teller to camgirl?
