Warm enough that I opened the window for a couple of hours and let in some fresh air. Waiting now for a show I like that only comes on at 2 am. I took a nap and woke up hungry. Can't decide what to fix.

Yeah, I am usually up until 4-6 am depending on how long I read after going to bed. I usually head out for the recliner about 3 am. Then I get up every couple of hours to use the bathroom and hunger gets me up around 1-2 pm. I sleep deeper and for a longer time, more like three hours, once the sun comes up. Even as a kid, I read all night on weekends and slept once the sky got light. I was a mess while working because I had to be up by seven and usually didn't fall asleep until one or two. I was always tired.

Yea that's the way I'm naturally inclined to be as well but I force myself to go bed earlier so I'm not a zombie at work. I try to get 7 hours sleep on work nights. During times when I've been between jobs I've ended up completely nocturnal. Sleep all day -up all night.

Yeah, when I was working, I found it easy to revert to my nocturnal ways, and then a week before school started, I would have to start forcing myself to get up earlier. Now that I am retired, I don't have any restrictions on when I sleep and when I am awake, unless I have to see the doctor or pick up groceries. LOL

Oh and I watched the show in a movie theatre in Denmark, where the majority of the people sat through the national anthem. I was a bit miffed, but what can I do or say in a foreign country. I placed my hand over my heart and sang along respectfully.
