Dear Lit-Peeps,

I’m still finding the courage to record my own guided meditation. But in the meantime, I found this beautiful piece that is fantastic to meditate to.

Focus your breathing on either every second or fourth beats by breathing in for 2/4 counts then breathing out for 2/4 counts. Try to focus on your breathing and the music, and let your thoughts come and go without judgment or emotional attachment. Just simply be and breathe.

Dearest Lit-Peeps,

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you all for your support of this thread. I can’t speak for Dragon (though I’m sure he’d agree), but it means the world to me that the audios here are helping, even in some small manner.

I’ve been receiving requests to do a Q and A type audio. Honestly, I’m not exactly sure that I’m that interesting to warrant it. But, I thought I’d open up a space for possible questions.

So here is the public announcement:
If you’d like such an audio, please PM any questions you’d like a response to. I’ll promise to actually read my PMs in order to do so! They can be any questions, even the silly ones! I feel the need to lighten up and have some candid fun in this thread. Laughter is the best medicine, as they say.

And as a running reminder, if you’d like an audio on a particular topic or are in need of someone to talk to, please reach out. I promise I’m not scary. I’m here to help in any way that I can.

Before listening to your audios I was in denial about my problems, your audios made me seek help.

I no longer feel like a "turtle" on my back. Flapping helplessly.:heart:

Totally loved it (again). Under normal circumstances, I probably wouldn't have listened to such a long sound bite. Regardless, it was a great listen. The only thing I'd say is I want more. :cool:

Wow, I love it! I use the same thing at night when I fall asleep at night, Youtube relaxation songs. It is very helpful to get to sleep, and to calm the mind.

A lot of what you spoke about how to be happy, sometimes it has to come from a place where you leap out of. Take a leap of faith and start your life again. I can relate to that. Change, its never too late to change is my belief. Also, if you want to change something, only you can do it.
