Depends on which version of the ninja turtles you are talking about. As a kid with the original cartoon michaelangelo was my favorite. As for the movies and the new cartoon raph is my favorite.

Raphael all the way. He was cool but crude. Raph was also my favorite in the movies and the Archie and Mirage comics. Well, in the new cartoon too, but that's just remaking the Mirage books, so it's a given. Mikey has to be a close second.
