I’m not sure what that costume looks like, but I like the idea.

This is what I mean. Although it’s possible these are just extras, they sure look like real women in a real setting. All the grinding is to be expected, that’s what they’re there for, but the blowjobs?

I’d stick with the Hot Nurse Stripper, as I already have the outfit. But, it’s scrubs and I would definitely be like an end of shift Hot Nurse Stripper. Tired. Kinda grumpy. Something sticky and suspicious on me*. But like, I’d have my ID badge on me, so I can point to it and say, “I looked like this 10 hours ago!”.
