1)I went to McD's
2)Even though it wont help me, because of my stubborness to help myself, it was good to talk to a professional about my concerns.
3)Talking to my good friends at Lit. They may give me the same advice that my shrink does, but, it's nice to know someone cares,(even when I could give a damn about my life.)

I spent the day with a good friend, we talked about all sorts of girlie stuff. The weather was GREAT--not too hot just enough of a breeze, and I could smell the Pacific Ocean from her backyard!

a Good day

1. I was not arrested nor convicted for any major crimes today [when ones most reliable bailbondsman is on vacation it's best to avoid the arrest for sure].

2. Researchers presented a paper today at a conference in Geneva verifying my claim that I am the famed Anastasia, the murdered Russian Tsar Nicholas II's youngest daughter.

3. My bid to buy some debris from the alien spacecraft that crashed in Roswell, New Mexico in 1947 WON! YES $1,500! won the bidding. That's it! I am psyched!

4. Good health. A blessing indeed.

I liked...

1. Work--I actually got some stuff done.

2. My lunch: I ran 4.5 miles in 35 minutes--not bad time after nearly a week off, a week of smoking too much, drinking too much and not sleeping enough.

3. After work: three double bourbons and a couple of pints of Guinness; chat with some friends, and just generally chillin'.

4. Being in love--in spite of all the pain and sorrow attached, it's worth it.

5. Phoning Perquita. She kicks ass, day or night.

Woke up at the crack of noon...

Rode the Panhead in great weather...

Took a nap....

Watching "Dances with Wolves"...

Going to the gym before midnight.....
