I’ll check it out. My understanding was an NDA was signed by both parties so interesting that Hegseth is talking about it. He says it was consensual but he was probably black out drunk according to witnesses, and she thinks she got roofied. And Hegseth or his spokesperson outright lied by telling media the woman made a prior false rape claim, thereby undermining her side of the issue.

If this happened to you, someone cried rape, didn't report it for days, refused to take a rape test, what would you do as a public figure... NDA!!. The police didn't press charges. No one with a brain would believe her story.

It should be on your resume and/or CV because it shows that you strive for excellence and have been recognized for it.
