I guess I'll volunteer to the word count table again this year. If you want your word count included in the weekly updates, please PM me your book info (if you have it): Title and genre to start out with... and then we'll do the first update a week after NaNo starts. I'll start up the official LitWriDoNaNoWriMo thread with the table as the first post once I get enough people's info to make the table.

My boss called me a short while ago and has forced me to take a flying trip across the state for a week and a half of work. Therefore I will be unable to put any real effort into this contest.

*sighs* not sure how far I'm gonna get with NaNo and this being my 1st year.

Was all geared up, ready to go and found out last night (of course) that my FIL has to have surgery this week, will be out for 2-3 weeks. Ugh. And I'll prob'ly be at IL's helping MIL out for a while... Not sure how productive this NaNo will be. But I'll give it a shot!

Actually I did quit but not for NaNoWriMo. There were other issues, mainly my boss refusing to allow me time to get go to a critical dental appointment.
