During the heat wave that melted the glue on our vehicle's review mirror, our kitchen routinely reached 90+ degrees even with the air con working. Kitchen is only room in the house that has to leach off the other rooms air cons. The eldest's room was the only one to stay at a reasonable temperature. Sometimes the air conditioner can't do more than make the inside of the house less shitty than the outside. Hope yours gets fixed soon.

I've been on the edge of my seat for days waiting for an artist to get back to me with commissioned work. I'm not impatient, and I'm definitely not on a deadline, but I'm so eager to have it in my ears and in my brain. I want it. I want it so bad.

All's well... I called our A/C folks first thing. Tech was here in 20 minutes. We're now luxuriating in the cool. Total cost is the service call, parts were under warranty.

How's that for fantastic service! They've been our HVAC go-to for 15 years for a reason.
