I can ask him but he's got a crisis at the mo. The wheelchair ramp at the back is stuck halfway and none of us can get off.

That's why I tried to categorize in blocks of months. If I forgot to preface with a generalization clause I apologize but you're right.

It isn't that bad, deff the milder of the the last several summers.

October = uber busy farmer, so I'm out on that too.

Though I do find the idea of meeting a group of GB folks face to face is just too much for my curiosity to bear. Plus I told perg I would buy him a beer.....

Fair enough.....tbh if I didn't have 1/2 my family there I wouldn't go either. I'm trying to be diligent about spending time with my Gangy....she's getting real real old.:(

I'm thinking the week of September 23 in Dallas. I'm more of a go-out-on-a-weekday sort of person. Weekends are packed, but I get that's because most people can swing a few spare hours on a weekend. But left up to me, I'd rather make it, say, on Wednesday, September 25. Any takers?

Or Austin the weekend of November 16, but that's because I'll already be down there and I'm kidnapping InternationalFunboy when I'm there and making him drink with me. (I promise to leave the roofies at home.)

Houston ... would be some time in early 2014. Holidays, blah blah blah.
