Just looking at a picture or even watching a DVD -- not so much, really, unless there is something more than the typical "Lookit how much I can cum" going on . Watching two guys who are into each other, with a little tenderness and caring thrown in -- youbetcha. I'm a reasonably straight female and I've thought about this a lot over the years.

Even better -- reading a story where more goes on than a description of who did what to whom and how hot it was. I'm reasonably sure men have feelings, too, and while there might be some generalizations made about how men experience sex (as opposed to how women do), I'd say that "erotic" doesn't necessarily mean "stereo instructions with moaning and sticky stuff" to everyone.

It's hard to exactly explain it without sounding disparaging to someone's tastes (somewhere). I just find images/depictions of men together who look like they might actually care about each other, enjoy more than just what's leading to orgasm, and might know each other's names more interesting.

Of course, I find I have the same opinion about het sex or lesbian images. I don't care much for disengaged/emotionless sex acts, and I very much like looking at guys. Watching two women together isn't nearly as interesting for me, although it can be sometimes.
