The front page headline the other day was



Hospital threw away our baby

They hadn't thrown it away - they found it later - it hadn't been thrown away but had been washed it in the industrial washing machines

exactly........

Unfortunately the rest of the sorry tale was true - A couple had a 23 week old baby that died within an hour and when the sent the undertakers to the morgue they couldn't find the body - but they found it later after it had been washed with all the soiled sheets from the birthing process.
