I had a lovely weekend at the gym but my body is feeling it right now.

I'm thinking it's time for another warm shower

Thank you. :D

Eat some protein.......

You gotta feed the muscle and get the nitrogen levels balanced. It also helps to leech out the lactic acid. A warm bath with baby oil might help, and make sure you're not training the same muscle groups directly each day.

You need to get a Japanese Ofuros. It is a traditional Japanese soaking tub. It does wonders for sore muscles. I tried one last week for the first time, and I will be getting one when I redo my house.

Oh yeah. If that doesn't make you want to excavate a new road into the former wilderness to build yourself a "cabin", I don't know what would. OTOH, it might work pretty well in nice little urban commune.

Here's a link similar to the one I sent you in PM.

http://www.exrx.net/

It shows short clips of each exercise.

Actually it's the home page to the site I sent you. It still has a lot of information.:)
