I just don't know what to say about this

SHE dared to speak.

SHE was courageous.

SHE wasn't a he.

Actually, I get that her crime was being an outspoken female.

But to vow to kill her because she wants to get an education and become a doctor?

The more I hear and read the more sympathy I have for their women.

The world's women.

Back to the beginning.

Did you really believe we/women had it this (American) good everywhere?

ETA: 14 is a child. I know you know that but...

No, I know well, that the women here, have it better than those under Taliban rule and other places too.

That we can't seem to succeed in raising our sisters throughout the world to a social status higher than breeding stock, saddens me more than I can express.

Simpatico...

Centuries and eons and the pussy just can't get on an equal ...

Shit.

Taliban:
"We will protect you. Obey our rules. They are meant to protect you."
"If you do not obey the rules, we will kill you."

Teen Age Girl:

"Fuck you, Taliban. Your rules suck."

Taliban:

"Fuck you. Die, virgin cunt!" "We will be raping virgins, while we live. And we will be rewarded with virgins to rape, after we die."

THIS IS WHATS WRONG WITH AMERICA!

STATE DEPARTMENT — Doctors in Pakistan have successfully removed a bullet from a 14-year-old girl shot by the Taliban for speaking out against the militant group and promoting education for women. U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton says the attack shows how much some young women must overcome to be treated equal.

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton says Malala Yousufzai's shooting shows the hostility against which many women and girls struggle.

"Yesterday's attack reminds us of the challenges that girls face, whether its poverty or marginalization, or even violence just for speaking out for their basic rights," said Clinton.

Instead of outright laying the BLAME where the BLAME should be, they pretend its mere VIOLENCE, random VIOLENCE

The MOST disturbing issue in the OP is NOT what happened to that girl

Its that the OP seems speechless

WHY?

Is she UNAWARE what goes on DAILY and GLOBALLY wherever Muslims are? Not just Muslim countries, but wherever Muslims are!

Why is this story shocking? Its a mere tiny one sec of sand in a dessert full of sand......

Shame on the OP for being so blind

Maaaaybe the OP hoped to craft the post in such a way as to encourage discussion.

Or, maaaybe she hoped to bring this issue to the forefront for a small period of time.
and,

Maaaybe she hoped if enough time was spent reporting such things, people would get their heads out of the sand (no pun intended).

And maaybe you should be glad she was still experiencing a form of shock over this subject, because if we continue the blase` attitudes, nothing will change for these women.

Maaaybe.

I hope young Malala recovers. I hope this does not scare her from continuing her good work for the women of Pakistan.

Maybe

When BUSYBODY reported stuff like this....it was said he is NO different than the killers themselves

.....The issue is NOT that this stuff isnt reported......and its not, in the MSM, its reported everywhere else......its that we are so PC stuck, it hinders us....

NO!

No amount of reporting will change anything......Look at the statement of Clinton, she cant even ACKNOWLEDGE the ISSUE

The real issue is......VIOLENCE works, no one will take em on, nor say anything cause they will be killed, so we prtend outrage and move on

Maaaaybe BB is just fucking with you. He really is on your side. :)

Also, the OP has succeeded in encouraging discussion on this topic.

We have allowed ourselves to be string-halted by the public policy of political correctness. Heaven forbid someone be offended. If the Muslims want to be seen as a peaceful people as a whole, then they need to bridle their extremist factions and either rein them in, or eradicate them entirely.

Unless and until, we realize that PC has become a tool for muzzling the opinions of the population here in this country, these, and other atrocities, will continue unabated. We need to wake up and start using our voices. Open discussion will get us further on all subjects, than this "oh people may take that wrong, so we shouldn't say it" strategy which leads to impasses and quagmires.

where do you see ANY evidence that they wanna be seen as peaceful?

they state clearly and openly

CONVERT OR DIE!

they act on it daily globally!

yes, she is ONE OF THE GOOD GUYS, I agree

the discussion DOES NOT INCLUDE THE CENTRAL ISSUE AT ALL ALL

just cluck cluk of tongues, meaningless

Stop playing into that morons bullshit, you're a dipshit for even engaging with it.

Americans probably kill more Americans than the Taliban does to Pakistanis.

Americans are the last people on earth to be pointing the finger about being ignorant.
