Some but not so much. Japan does not admit that AIDS is a problem. They falsify data and their culture makes people not want to report in for treatmeant. They have legalized prostitution there in many places but untill recently most AIDS cases have been males. Many of them coming from same sex relations.


Thailand had a huge explosion of HIV cases in the early 90's now they have slowed it down. The WHO listed them as a zero growth nation a few years ago. They have done a lot to promote education and most of the girls won't do anything with a guy without a condom.
