KIKI the more we got to know each other made me realise that YOU are way more then a lady who got caught in a horrible situation & then watched as you too found that lady, every day I do think of you & wonder how life is.

I've had news from SHADOW DREAMER whose operation has had to be put off till Aug, she is unable to come to the site to post but wanted me to give all here big hugs from her.

Just letting all know Gil is back in hospital, his dialysis catheter has come out and will need to be replaced so surgery is on the cards.

LOL Noor we will both be doing that I'm sure! Though it has been in for about 4 years with no problems - they don't tell you that this can happen though do they

Update - Gil is having surgery tomorrow so he can go on haemodialysis for a while until his catheter can be fixed and it heals. He will have to go to the hospital three times a week for 5 hours at a time. Hopefully he won't need to be in hospital for as long as last time.....

Hi Don. I'm trying my friend. I'm learning to stand on my own again. My room-mate thinks I'm doing great. He strongly encourages me to be strong and independent. He says there's nothing wrong with having loves and friends but a person shouldn't be dependent on another person to survive. He makes a lot of sense.

Gil is recovering slowly - if you read back you will see he was in the hospital But lots of cuddles and TLC are doing much better than being stuck in there stressing

Finally getting my divorce underway - I rang my lawyer in NZ yesterday and it's a lot of toing and froing with paperwork but I will be pleased when it is finally over. The loose ends need to be tied up - I have moved on well and truly now. And the ex probably won't object as long as it doesn't cost HIM any money......

Thanks BB. But really I'm just a mixed up dingbat struggling to make sense out of this crazy life. Nothing special here.
Now Gil, there's someone special. He's done so much with his life and I truly admire him and Bandit both.

He's having his surgery today, I've had a PM from someone who works in an ICU who has explained things to me and it has set my mind at (relative) ease. I will ring the hospital later to find out how he is, and will go sit with him this evening.

We both hate being separated but I hope it won't be for long this time. He will have to go back for more surgery eventually to replace the catheter that fell out, but they will be wanting to make sure there's no infection in there first. I will go do a bit of shopping later to try and fill in the time.......
