Hatred against George W Bush?

Could this be a significant reason why there is so much aversion -if not downright hatred- against Bush all over the world (USA excluded)?

He's a dufus... i think that much is obvious. Now he's got some decent, jingoistic scriptwriters....

i have a lecturer, who is obviously very intelligent and knows thier stuff....but omg the voice is so horrid to listen to we all just switch off.... shouldn't do really but hey
