exercise - motivation/advice

ok, yesterday was a right off. I haven't done any ab work all week.
Is there anyone around this morning? How is everyone else doing? Tell me about your workout? How do you keep up the energy?

very kind of you. I can't get over how pick I get over the winter. Spend the summer trying to get some colour and by January - it's all gone and I look like construction glue. *shrug* Need to get back on that ball. ;)

lol...I have one of those already. Where do you think the pictures came from? I wasn't going to put the last pic up, because I thought it was a bit too... revealing, but sweetie said, nope - looks ok to him. It's a new game we play.

After this week, I think my progress maybe set back. Lazy girl. I see what comes up with my sweetie and his camera.

I just got back from the gym ... 45 mins of high enercy aerobics, 20 mins of resistance muscle work and abs, 10 mins of stretching ... dayumm that felt good !!

For me, I feed off the energy in the room .. find that the group setting works best for me, then I cant slack off, always trying to keep up... or go harder than the rest

The competitive streak in you. :D I need to be in a gym. It would help keep me moving. I find I keep the running up because I find that it helps with stress, but I find I'm a lot more tired then normal in the evenings. *shrug*

It's a diet. I think it counts. besides, hot pepper is suppose to help you lose weight because it suppresses the appetite. You just have to do more exercise afterwards.
I've been very bad with the peanut M&M's lately. They've been nixed from my allowed list for awhile.
 
lol...thank you...I was almost going to feel guilty (almost) are those M&M's not the best??? something to be left out completely for sure...a few just dosen't do it!

I hope your doing well with you goals...been doing a bit of Pilates (spelling) along with Calinetics...breaks up the boredom...sex woud be so much better...that would break up the bordom much better!

sex is by far the best workout. but if not available... running will do. I've been doing ok, no abs this week. I just kept putting it off. Have to do that and make up for the week this weekend. :)
