Bye bye Vindman

Yet here you are posting in a thread about it.

Deflection fail, that doesn't change the fact that the law you posted has nothing to do with the discussion topic.

Can you tie US Code 1513 to the topic or not??

If you try to follow it too closely you'll develop a brain aneurysm.

There is sooo much more to the Dems corruption

It's just laughable on it's face.

Yea.....they are totally off the rails and the funny part is they either don't realize it or won't admit it because the ones who don't realize it will go off on them like a giant school of piranha.

Sorry you and BB are having meltdowns because someone won't do your homework for you.

No melt down.

You just can't say how what you posted relates to the topic and aren't adult enough to admit it. :)

Actually now considering that FACT, the accusation of a meltdown is pretty obvious projection.

Have a WONDERFUL rest of your day now :D

You crying doesn't change the fact you're having a meltdown and don't want to do your own homework and got reduced to lying.

I have a great day everyday.

You crying doesn't change the fact you're having a meltdown

Saying I'm having a melt down doesn't make it a fact.

In fact saying I'm having one is a lie.

Presumably to deflect from the fact that your post has nothing to do with the thread topic.

and don't want to do your own homework

Explaining what your post has to do with the topic is your responsibility or "homework" as you put it, not anyone else's.

and got reduced to lying.

What lie?? Quote it specifically.

I have a great day everyday.

Then why make up lies about people when they ask your to connect your random comments to the conversation??

Why not just explain what your post has to do with the topic???

:D

This fungible standard of classified information from the usual nitwits on the left is laughable.

If you thirst for amusement, well, some of this stuff is pure entertainment, sad, but entertaining nonetheless. :D:rolleyes:

Neither Vindman brother leaked classified information.

Oh but they did. The conversations between the President and a foreign leader are classified. Why do you think it was placed on a secure server? It was put there because the President and others like Tim Morrison thought it might be leaked. Morrison testified he was worried about Vindman's reputation of leaking.

That would be in violation of Spidey's MO.

1. Spew Garbage.

2. Blame it on someone else.

3. Demand they clean up his garbage.

Hasn't changed in damn near 20 years.

That particular line the little phuckwad spouted is kinda stupid.

"Call me Lt Col" Vindman leaked the contents of a classified telephone call to the Whistleblower. That's already well known so trying to deny it is beyond idiotic.

It's the other line though that's really troublesome for those who use it. Either Vindman's brother leaked classified materials to the NY Times, OR, the NY Times made it all up. Pretty sad to think that the media would resort to reporting a lie in order to remove a lawfully elected President.

Nothing requires a civilian to refer to a military officer by his rank in uniform or not. Nunes could have shut him up with that if he wanted to.;)

PS: I hear Nadler was heckled in the street. Soon those crooks won't be able to walk down the street.:D;)

Rashed Mian: Obama's legacy; A Historic war on whistleblowers

"As for Obama’s record, here’s what history will show: In his eight years in office, the Obama Justice Department spearheaded eight Espionage Act prosecutions, more than all US administrations combined. Journalists were also caught in the crosshairs: Investigators sought phone records for Associated Press journalists, threatened to jail an investigative reporter for The New York Times, and named a Fox News reporter a co-conspirator in a leak case. In Texas, a journalist investigating private defense contractors became the focus of a federal prosecution and was initially charged for sharing a hyperlink containing hacked information that had already been made public.
Those Espionage Act cases included the trial of Chelsea Manning, who was held in solitary confinement for nearly one year prior to her military trial, prompting a condemnation from the UN special rapporteur on torture.

“The absolute twisted passion with which the administration under Obama’s leadership has pursued whistleblowers is just appalling,” says Norman Solomon, executive director of the Institute for Public Accuracy and co-founder of RootsAction.org. “And as far as I can tell, the administration is unrepentant in that process. There’s just no other administration that comes close.”

"Journalists’ concerns about their threatened rights became such a hot-button issue that Obama’s first US Attorney General Eric Holder had to publicly affirm that they would be spared from the confines of a metal cell under his watch."

“As long as I’m attorney general, no reporter who is doing his job is going to go to jail,” Holder said.

The frequency of Espionage Act cases under Obama has earned him the reputation of waging a “war on whistleblowers.” New York Times reporter James Risen has called Obama “the greatest enemy to press freedom in a generation.” Damning words, indeed."

Innocent people like Rosen are one thing, guilty people who willfully violate the Espionage Act like Manning should have never get out of jail. They aren't whistleblowers, they're leakers. He should have never had a high security clearance in the first place and should not have received sex change therapy at tax payer expense either. Obama let Manning out of jail.
