With the exception of 35 million, funds were released within the fiscal year end deadline and congress reappropriated the 35 million. Most legal scholars don’t believe a case for statutory violation of the Impoundment Control Act would amount to any criminal indictment at the presidential level. I believe Shitty Schiff and Penguin puss didn’t have much of a case and didn’t want to look like complete fools in front of the whole senate. They did bring it up at the trial as a noted reference but never ran it through the court for prosecution. I’m sure it would have been thrown out since no harm done.

The tactics used by the Dems are clever, borderline ingenious and they deserves great credit for a diabolical plan which nearly succeeded if only Schiff could resist the cameras. Thank God for the behind the scenes investigations of Devon Nunez, John Solomon and others. It equate's to a virtue signaling dung beetle. They conditioned the electorate right from the onset of Trump's inauguration. The constant impeachment drum beat from the likes of Allen Green, Maxine Waters and certain media outlets to start the brainwashing process.

The constantly crying wolf by the likes of Adam Schiff, Gerry Nadler and Jim Comey, lying to the american people with.. veiled in secret.. and surreptitiously releasing semi classified info to the public for which they knew they would never be prosecuted for and protected by the pretext of obstruction of justice. Dem committee leaders like Schiff and Nadler expounding bits and pieces of the Mueller report to support a maligned narrative of treasonous activity by the Trump admin and keep the narrative alive till the 2018 elections and please the SWAMP QUEEN herself. It worked and they won back the house. On to unfettered impeachment allegations based on a phone call, a treasonous army officer along with his twin brother, also an army jag officer's, and a convenient whistleblower in their clever attempt at deposing a president cloaked in secrecy by the Schiff team. You cannot make this shit up.

The most clever and despicable deed of them all, was, that at the same time Obama's DOJ and NSA were engaged in the systematic destruction of the Trump campaign the reverse was happening with the DNC. The very same case agents working the intel investigation against Trump were also the same case agents working the Clinton E-mail case, we all know the names. The convenient B Clinton and Loretta Lynch meeting on the tarmac which was the first step in the cease and desist order to not bringing criminal charges against Hillary based on a narrative change from "gross negligent" to "extremely careless" and give immunity from prosecution to her tech specialist in order to preserve Hillary's campaign and lock in a clear path for Hillary. Comey kept her out of jail and took a hit for the team.

They ( the Obama admin ) were deceitful and clever enough to initiate an intelligence investigation on Carter Page by defrauding the FISC and obtaining FISA warrants to investigate Russian collusion which the Dems cleverly morphed into a criminal investigation. Secret stuff made public and using public opinion to keep a
secret DOJ investigation in the public forum all the while shaping the electorate for the 2018 elections. Schumer and his senate minions were so clever they managed to put so much public pressure on Sessions that he had to recuse himself leaving the DOJ under the management of Rob Rosenstein and clear sailing for the Mueller report. Along comes Andrew Weissmann who brilliantly transforms a DOJ document into a public and political narrative based on nuance and assumptions, finding its way into the house committees to further the impeachment narrative and fuelling Schiff and Nadler's unrelenting mission of destroying Trump at all cost, even after Trump was cleared of all Conspiracy allegations. But wait!!! We have obstruction of Justice ( 11 allegations ) based on a crime never committed leading to more house investigations buttressing the future impeachment proceedings and again keeping the narrative alive. This is all happening while the DNC and their minions are doing exactly what Trump is being accused of doing. You can't make this shit up!

Now we have to deal with the Ukraine mess which is even more convoluted than the Muller report, if that's even possible, Chalupa, Shokin, Poroshenko, Yovanovitch, Burisma, the Bidens, the Vindmans, the black leger and the whistleblower. This deep state conspiracy is what spy novels are made of, better than that!!! If you try to follow it too closely you'll develope a brain aneurysm.

There is sooo much more to the Dems corruption and all we hear is the GAO and a semi quasi violation of the ICA of 1974. It's just laughable on it's face.
