The walk to work was too cold: was picked up halfway by one of the Administrative Assistants.

The walk to the market after work wasn't as bad, but still burrrrrrrrr
 
BtettJ I don't know what all you are facing but I'm sending thoughts and prayers. I had a three week bout of bronchitis that refused to let go. I worked the past few days and the hospital Haas several cases of the flu. Crossed my fingers I don't get it. Chilly here but not bitter cold. Has NRSE already gone to check on that cabin ? I hope having family near makes it easier. Anyway hello to everybody. The big night is approaching ? Who all decorated ?
 
I am both answering T4T and keeping all of you in the loop. Many of you know I have had serious health issues. I've had 3 heart attacks. Now, I am facing cancer and it's advanced. The likelihood I will reach age 60 is a slim one. Most options are now off the table. I will be undergoing treatment in the New Year. They are now discussing the quality of my life, not the quantity.

When I tell all of you that most days I feel rotten, I am not just being negative. This is the sickest I've been in my entire life. Even a cold now knocks the sh*t out of me.

If anyone wants further details, please feel free to ask.

OMG Brett I am so sorry to read this news :( It is so hard to take on board. I really am sorry and don't know what to say.
I will be keeping a close eye on events in your lounge and be assured that my heart goes out to you.

Sorry, been absent from LIT for a few. Nice to see familiar faces posted, including SIENNA. Hols are now over, for the most part. I am going out for New Year's Eve, my last "blast" before the other "Blasts" start up.

I'm working New Years weekend. I decided after Christmas dinner that I'm not hosting any longer. Someone else can do the cooking and cleaning.

Not much planned for the next little while. Coffee with a friend, a New Year's Bash tomorrow - then, next week, down to the serious stuff. Hope all stay well in 2017 - because I know what the opposite is like.
